SELEKTA GS X3000 — Powerful band saw blade with excellent cutting surface for durable materials
The modified cutting material X3000 enables precise cutting of highly resistant materials and special alloys. This cutting material, available exclusively from WIKUS, combines even higher tooth tip hardness and wear resistance with superior toughness compared to M42 cutting material.
The extremely positive tooth rake angle together with the specially ground guiding tooth ensures high performance and stability in difficult to cut materials. The backing material with 4% chromium, which is made exclusively for WIKUS, provides sufficient support even in long cuts.
With these features, the SELEKTA GS X3000 is the right tool for even the most demanding customers who, in addition to productivity, also require excellent cutting surface quality. This saves costs in subsequent production steps where the workpiece no longer needs to be machined as much.
